At Erica Leal Jewellery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your handcrafted piece, we offer returns or exchanges on unworn items within 14 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Package Securely
Place the jewellery in its original branded packaging and secure it inside a padded shipping box to ensure it is protected during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked postal service to send the package back to our studio address.
Inspection and Refund
Once we receive and inspect the item to confirm its original condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
